No matter how many years have passed, Jayce still wakes up thinking he is late for class. He's an anxious little guy #jayvik

Small sequence of jayce jolting awake from a nap with Viktor, mumbling incoherently about being late for class. Viktor reassures him he has no class anymore and to go back to sleep. Jayce kisses V on the forehead, tells him he loves him and they go back to sleep

ONE MILLION HAPPY ENDINGS 4/? now back to scheduled programming #Jayvik #Hexposts #1MHE

Page 8, panel 1. Back in the real world, Jayce begins coughing, and he does it loudly. His speech balloon is big and zagged at the edges, breaking away from black and white to be a mess of dissonant color. It echoes. The panel is a closeup shot of the lower half of his face as he turns away to spittle into his forearm and not viktor. He’s still coughing in panel 2, over a closeup shot of viktor’s horrified face. Lighting seems to strike past his widened eye as he realizes exactly where he is in the present. Panel 3, viktor scrambles to jayce’s side, crouching next to his body and placing his hands around his torso as if to stabilize him. Jayce sustains himself upright by his arms and laughs bitterly. He tries to say it’s nothing, i’m alright, but viktor interrupts him with: don’t lie to me. Jayce insists: I promise it’s nothing. I’m just cold is all. He keeps smiling as viktor looks on with worry. Panel 4 comes in like a quick recovery. Jayce turns to viktor full of unearned confidence, some drool still on his chin, and tries to put on a charming air. Shoddily drawn flowers pop up around his expression. He says: Hey… what if the only way to heal me is prolonged skin-to-skin contact? On the foreground, viktor is resistant to his flirting attempt, gritting his teeth. An exaggerated anime angry vein is pulsing on the back of his shoulder. Not funny, he mutters. You’re not going to distract me with a stupid joke, either. Panel 5, jayce sighs, being more honest. His gaze drifts down to address this more openly. He says: It’s just a sore throat, I think. I haven’t been really… eating… like I used to. More quietly, he continues; I hate to see you making that face. Panel 5; Viktor acquiesces. Lay down and i’ll stop, he says, huffing the tension away. Jayce responds with an offscreen but interested oh? End of page.

Page 9 begins with soft fuzzy white narration, stating: thus, you settle on this sleeping arrangement for the night. Most of this page is one huge skewed illustration of jayce and viktor cuddling while they share the singular fur collared overcoat jayce wore for the final battle. They’re using it as a layer to pad the ground and as a little bit of a blanket, jayce seems to have pulled one side of it to disproportionately shield viktor from the elements. Jayce’s happy and self-satisfied face is leaning on top of viktor’s forehead. Viktor is cozied up to his side, face resting on the crook of his neck. One of his arms is perched on Jayce’s chest. The floor of the cavern is dark and rocky, but in this moment it's almost as if it were filled with celestial stars. Are you sure you can rest like this? Viktor asks, and jayce replies with a joyful hum. Running towards the bottom of the page, the narration continues: You ask him if he’d like a bigger piece of the blanket, and jayce declines, like a loon. I’m already in heaven, he insists. You hope that’s just a figure of speech. Panel 2, a shot of viktor watching his partner’s expression keenly, head pillowed on jayce’s chest. He asks; come morning, do you think you’d like to stay in that town of yours? Panel 3, a closeup of jayce as seen from viktor’s lower angle. He’s relaxed, entering the meditation before sleep. His head sits above the coat’s fur. With his eyes closed, he answers in a quieter voice: If it’s peaceful, yes. Gods, I would love a vacation. The light from the bonfire seems to send wisps up the room. Narration continues to the side of his face, stating: he sounds distressingly older, when he speaks like that. End of page.

ONE MILLION HAPPY ENDINGS 2/? Its rain season #Jayvik #Hexposts #1MHE

Page 4, panel 1: KRAKABOOM! A zagged flash of harsh lightning suddenly cuts through the page. Some time has passed. The tropical storm returns at night. panel 2, viktor looks on to the horizon with a concerned face, taking shelter inside a cave. His hair is wet and frazzled, reflections of the rain outside show in his expression. In the background, jayce is sitting by a small bonfire, warming his fluffy coat so its not humid. Panel 3; viktor turns around from the wet mouth of the cave and asks: “Are you positive there is a town out there?” the wind is strong. he holds his hair back as it blows. Jayce nods in reply. “Mostly. Maybe.” panel 4, his speech continues: “I saw light just behind the mountain.” jayce says. the whole square is black, the outline of a mountain peak shaded in soft gray. In the middle of the slopes, there are spurs of light. end page.

Page 5, panel 1. A smiling jayce continues speaking, gazing at viktor from the side. rain droplets fall from his hair. “It was brief, but I could see the outline of a paved road and a villa. should be less than a day's walk from here.” Panel 2, viktor tilts his head playfully, moving closer. “And since when have you become the expert seeing eye?” He grins, going for friendly ribbing. but jayce stills. Panel 3: shot from further back, just jayce lit by the fire. The narration says: You sense hesitation in his reply. Jayce’s balloon comes with a delay like he's mulling his answer. at the end he says “Recently, I guess.” his gaze downcast. Panel 4, the biggest of them all, is all the lower half of the page. the narration continues: “It's short. clipped. recently you have spent a lot of time apart. you wonder if he keeps his distance out of fear. or if it means, “Don't look at me.” the dark rocky insides of the cavern cover jayce and viktor in shadow, the fire between them as the only source of persistent light. Jayce sits on one side, laying his coat flat, no longer looking at viktor. the fire makes his large shadow on the wall seem like a hunched man. On the other side of the room viktor looks on, the silhouette he's casting looming over the scene like the arcane herald's wispy edgy limbs. white letters are inscribed in the monstrous figure, confessing: In truth, you wish you could reach out to pry into his mind. end page.

Zaunbonk for the anxious soul 💚 #arcane #jayvik

a doodle of Jayce and Viktor, facing each other as they sit on two lab stools. Jayce is curved in on himself, shoulders hunched. His face is pinched uncomfortably and his hands are in his lap, clutching his pants. Viktor, on the other stool, leans towards Jayce, bracing one hand on his seat while the other reaches up to grasp Jayce by the back of his head, pulling him down so their foreheads touch. Where Jayce's eyes are closed, Viktor's are open and looking up at Jayce. Text above them: "It will be ok." I headcanon Jayce with an anxiety disorder. :)

(in the goofy movie)

jayce and viktor look out of their dorm.

v: coast is clear

there is an awkward silence as viktor fully opens the door while jayce holds onto their soiled sheets.

j (thinking): i should say something

(in the goofy move artstyle)

j: you know, this world reminds me of a cartoon i saw as a kid… it’s embarrassing but… i used to have a huge crush on the main character a-and…

viktor looks at him and raises a brow

v: and what?

jayce’s heart pounds and stream comes out of his ears.

v: oh let me guess. i look very similar to this childhood crush of yours.

My take on any discourse in the jayvik fandom is that if you see it, you should take that as the signal to logoff bluesky/X/tumblr, whatever, and immediately go work on a WIP fic or art you have. Instead of letting stuff get you riled up, make the content you want to see and put it out there.

Fanart sprites of Jayce, Viktor, and Blitzcrank in The Mageseeker. (2023) #leagueoflegends #fanart #viktor #jayce #blitzcrank

Pixel fanart of Jayce the Defender of Tomorrow, Viktor the Machine Herald, and Blitzcrank in Sylas' game, The Mageseeker: A League of Legends Story. They're drawn directly onto a game screenshot and stationed in a small, seemingly never used area in the main hub. Viktor stands tall in front and looks like the team lead. Jayce casually leans his foot on the Mercury Hammer. Blitzcrank scratches their head or imitates twirling nonexistent hair.
