i think a lot of gen 1 hate is sort of justified because gamefreak fellates it nonstop but they're just. good games. really good games. insanely impressive for the gameboy

its very much like a traditional 3d zelda with a very nice old japanese painting aesthetic. the hd port on modern consoles is on sale constantly and is usually like $5-10 bucks, def check out
