This just made my day! One of my residents left an amazing review of the community I help manage, and it just raised my spirits so much!

Five-star review expressing satisfaction with modern living, parking, and attentive staff, emphasizing prompt maintenance and community improvements.

"We love our place and we love the staff here even more. Aside from modern living, ample parking, floor to high ceiling windows. The staff makes it a pleasant place to live. The property manager is knowledgeable and knows the floor plan (and literally everything else) from the back of his hand. Him and his maintenance team are SO incredibly on top home requests, keeping everything running properly, same day completions - chefs kiss. Common areas/lobbies are cleaned weekly, and even wash hallway carpets? Unbelievable! The parking lot was resurfaced this week, got it done professionally in 2 days, and it looks amazing! The property has progressively improved every little feature while we're here, adding gym equipment and hosting community events. Jay and his team take care of this property like it's their own. I feel safe and enjoy being here. 20/10 WOULD RECOMMEND."

I am moving over the weekend. After this is all said & done, after we're settled in, I really need to get out into the woods to just... decompress. I miss my redwoods, but the cedars & other trees here will do the job.

Homemade Shepherd's Pie tonight, since we're about 6 days from being able to buy groceries, so I had to raid the pantry. Looks good, at least.

Exciting afternoon. There is/was (call in progress at the time of this post) a fire in a house across the street from us. Huge call out for Seattle Fire Department, & they had it knocked down within minutes of the first engine arriving.

Great salvage session with a crewed Reclaimer tonight in #StarCitizen. If we had a bit more time and the missions were cooperating, this could have been much more profitable.

Forest-bathing is a core part of my history, and I just got to introduce my boys to the concept.

Tonight, I was finally able to pick up a Reclaimer in #StarCitizen. Just in time for the upcoming retrofit to add PDC turrets, and just in time to catch the upgrade to the salvage heads. I'm back to living in the black until someone needs me, or it's time to sell.

The ship was empty, abandoned as a derelict. So, being the good Citizen I am, I ensured the navigable space was clear, 13 SCU at a time. Man, I miss my Reclaimer.

Eight hours later! 120 crates of RMC. The #AegisRelcaimer is just about done, and I haven't even touched the contract I accepted to come out here for. The next step is loading all this up, taking it planetside, and selling it. I'm looking at just over 1.5 million aEUC for this run.

I always marvel at how dirty ship windows get in #StarCitizen. This is about 8 hours of flight time & active salvage.
