We have a telegram channel for our hackerspace where we talk about normal things -acquiring MANY batteries -infrastructure mistakes -SCRAP METAL -illegal long outlets

a power strip but instead of having a ground and limits to how many sockets you can plug in, it’s just a really long outlet you can plug as many electronics as you can fit on it. they are a fire hazard and illegal to use and manufacturer many places

You may have seen this box at DEFCON this year. It was built by one of our members to house components for an embedded systems training lab. Most of it was cut on the laser, including 76 individual pieces of EVA foam padding It has teeth because the intrusive thoughts won :)
