hi all! my cat needs surgery soon so i’m asking for donations to cover miscellaneous costs that fall outside of her insurance. if you don’t want to donate for nothing in return (other than gratitude and cat pics) then i do have a gay fantasy novel you can buy…either way, every little bit helps! ❤️❤️❤️

jon (credited as n. feeman in the book) was exceptionally eagle-eyed, thorough, and thoughtful while editing, all with a looming (albeit self-imposed in my case lol) deadline hanging over us both. highly recommended! please give jon money to do a great job that saves you time and effort!!!

UN CASO ASSAI BIZZARRO reviews are in! This week we hear from @pavaal.bsky.social with one of the nicest things anyone has ever said about my work. If you want to find out just what skeletons this family has in their closet, pre-order in ebook (5€) or print (15€) here: cryptpad.fr/form/#/2/for...

promo image for UN CASO ASSAI BIZZARRO with the background the same green wallpaper as the book cover, and then with the blue potato flower and lemon blossom in either corner. the text reads: "M. A Wellons (author of THE VIRGIN CROWN) says: A truly luscious read. These characters are complex, real, and messy in the way you grow up hearing your family history whispered all around you. The way Jon writes about bodies and all our little erotic idiosyncracies is done with such care that I feel I could look into the mirror and see Magnifico staring back at me." followed by links to jonphaedus.bsky.social, jonphaedrus.tumblr.com, and UN CASO ASSAI BIZZARRO out March 2026

Cover of UN CASO ASSAI BIZZARRO, as drawn by @insecateur and laid out/lettered by @subvertebra. A digital full-color illustration of two men in 1820s fashion standing in front of a dark green patterned background. The man on the left is wearing a grey frock coat, the man on the right is wearing a deep purple frock coat and has lifted his hand to grasp the other man's elbow. The man in the purple coat is fat, with the edge of his double chin visible at the top of the cover above the white cloth of his shirt collar. He is wearing a gold signet ring on his little finger. The title of the book is hand lettered in a sparkly golden font that frames the upraised hand.

Behind it is a grid of 4 images, 2 of Salerno and 2 of men kissing

Cover of UN CASO ASSAI BIZZARRO, as drawn by @insecateur and laid out by @subvertebra. On top of the same dark green wallpaper background is a full-color digital illustration of a series of repeating lemon and blue anthered potato flowers on vines, with a large black text box in the middle of the image framed with gold filigree. On the inside of the text box is the summary:

"Don Magnifico, Baron of Montefiascone, has drunk his stepdaughter’s inheritance and gambled away her dowry, treated her as his servant for twenty years, and now whether he likes it or not, Cenerentola—Angelina—is the Princess of Salerno. In a single strange day, a valet became a prince while a prince became a groom, a servant became a princess, a baron became a cellarman, and somehow true love won in the end.

Goodness has triumphed, pride has fallen, and in the aftermath of all these strange reversals of fortune, everyone must put their lives back together. The princess might have forgiven her family their neglect, but the prince hasn’t: debts remain unpaid, apologies unmade, and questions unanswered. To win back any degree of respect, Don Magnifico will have to humble himself and accept the consequences of his actions.

And despite that, Dandini the valet wants to marry the baron. Don Magnifico wants to marry the valet. Un caso assai bizzarro—a most bizarre case."

it’s the year of the horse, and also the birthday of all horses in the northern hemisphere, so what better way to celebrate than by reading a book about a unicorn (horse variant)?

i am utterly obsessed with this gorgeous, gorgeous commission i got of joska and edham from tumblr user hotwe. i get heart palpitations every time i look at it. if you have not read #thevirgincrown at least take the time to admire this art and scream with me. AND! as a reminder,

A dark-skinned man with long hair and a unicorn horn (Edham) sits next to another young man with brown hair (Joska) in a night scene lit by offscreen firelight. Edham has his hand lightly touching Joska's shin, looking away as Joska looks at him with an expression of longing.
