For sure. I think it all starts upstream with the cap, max salary slots, and guaranteed contracts. I’d like a system that also starts with eliminating max salaries and allows teams to buyout guys and get the money off the cap. Would suck for our pedo-supporting cheapo owner, but c’est la vie.
