Ukraine destroying Yandex's data centers is literally a genius move. Cloudflare data shows traffic from this network dropped to just 0.4%. And it is not only Putin-bots that are silenced. All of the dark crypto money stored in those servers is gone. This explains Tr*mp's rage.
