Had mine on Tuesday with Boots. Just the usual sore arm for 2 days as previously. Booked once appointments available many weeks ago to start in October.

Don't have the desire to spend the time and energy to list, clean, check the quality etc. Happy with the memories from playing them out in a few London clubs in 1990/91. It will avoid any shame with the discovery of some of the dross. Don't think any will be in A or B+ condition.

Resisted for 30 years. I don't think there'd be anything not available electronically somewhere. Even prized bootlegs. The only thing tangible would be the promo labels with a few of them.

All my records are stored away. No decks now. Down sized. Photos taken before I did so, sorry.

A minor cause for attempting the paisley shirt, diamante brooch combo embarrassment in my teens. Haven't made many (I think) fashion miss steps but that could be top of a list.

Probably the first song I heard and listened to the political lyrics. It took me a while to understand the album title was about gifting.

Not my usual style of music but with living close and no internet, word of mouth led to more "experimenting" when going out.

Reminds me of a night at the Blue Note in Hoxton. Living on Columbia Road during the 90s, walking distance.

Walking for a morning coffee, after feeding the local moorhen in the pond 50 metres from my home (don't usually feed them, but with water levels dropping impacting their food source), spotted the heron, then spotted some new visitors in the larger adjacent pond. Good to start to the day.

We loved this so much we just had to put English subtitles on it, apologies to the French speakers for our translation. But this is what it would look like here in the UK if Farage or Lowe or another of their ilk got their own way.

TImes I've seen him was at the Jazz Cafe in London. A class act. Big regret not seeing the New York Jazz Explosion tour in London mid 80s. Jean Carne, Roy Ayres, Lonnie Liston Smith, Bob James or Al Jarreau I think.

Favourite concert still Maze (Hammersmith Odeon) for pure enjoyment. Underworld (Brixton Academy) for pure energy Adam Beyer (first UK gig 1999?) for technical ability when Drumcode first started and on the stage in the wings.

Could have added so many more. These were a forefront of memory and trying to keep to bands seen for the gig not at a festival etc. eg Ian Dury and The Blockheads (support for Madness) De La Soul (Caister Soul Weekend 1988) Alexander O'Neal could have been included but with Cherrelle as main act

In 1981, Manuel Gottsching recorded E2-E4 alone in his Berlin studio, in under an hour, just to have something for his own Walkman on a trip. He never meant it for dancefloors. Years later a New York DJ played it out, and it became one of the seeds of techno. mugenradio.com

Played early for me in the hope Clare would hear it, start a conversation with me, would run away with me, we'd avoid my girlfriend working on the door. More likely she'd be there, if at all, to hear Fabi, Farley, or Rocky & Diesel.

Iconic double bill when in my teens. With Young Frankenstein. Left with lasting memories and a crush on Clare Grogan. Playing this at times in my warm up set. youtu.be/ZUg6yzKrRXo?...

Only thing I liked on it is The Agency as it is an English language remake of The Bureau - only The Wire is better TV in my opinion. Subscribe rinse and repeat - 2 seasons and both have been reduced offers of £2.99

Turned up 90 mins early for an MRI a few weeks ago. Friday afternoon, and knew there'd be a toilet and access to cold water so a better choice than sitting in a humid cafe during a very hot day. Got called in for my MRI after 20 mins.

13 years since the huge Sarin attacks in Damascus. It's really hard to underestimate what a huge catalyst that was for a denialist network that has spent the last 13 years twisting themselves into knots to find ways to deny the use of chemical weapons by the Assad regime.

Walking up a hill to the hospital for the MRI as part of my annual MS MOT. Heavy going in the heat. Decided to rest on a bench but kindly someone left a hat so I didn't burn. May I suggest the council spend less putting up their flags of choice and were focussed on more important matters.
