The drawing is made from thousands and thousands of tiny dots of various sizes in rotated halftone screen all drawn in cyan, yellow, magenta, or black pens.

It’s based on the horticultural work “Varietes de Rose jaune et de Rose du Bengale. Rosa lutea & Rosa Indica (Var.)” by P. J. Redoute and Langlois from around 1830.

Thanks for the kind words! I'm happy you like this one. The way the plotter works, it's not feasible to scale this one to a larger size. It's better to create a new one for a larger page size. Watch this space, I may be printing a larger one soon. 😀
