You do things others would find difficult even if they were paid for it. Early on there are no metrics. No returns. No signal you're on the right track. Progress hides beneath the surface. Sometimes even from you. Staying committed when it feels pointless is the hardest part. You continue anyway.

Just finished Indika. A niche, strange, intentional game that never tries to check boxes it doesn't believe in. Happy to hear Odd Meter Games just raised $5M for their next project. Artistic honesty deserves a future.

You don't have a motivation problem. You have a waiting problem. Here's how to start the thing you keep postponing: 🧵

Comfort that costs you your growth isn't comfort. It's surrender dressed up as safety. A slow suffocation. A familiar hell still burns. You've stopped noticing the heat.

Before writing my first word for my book, I asked: who am I to write this? Then I realized that might be exactly the point. The most honest things are built not from certainty, but from the willingness to explore without pretending to have arrived.

The library doesn't just hold knowledge, it holds the echoes of every mind that dared to explore, question, and imagine new realities. I'm actively looking for a literary agent to help my book earn its place on shelves like these.

Walking a straight line is easy on the ground. Walk the same line on the edge of a skyscraper and it feels completely different. Nothing changed except the story your mind told about it.

Did you know the word astronaut is a modern term built from Greek roots? “Astron” means star and “nautēs” means sailor. Astronaut means star sailor.

Massive congrats to my friends at @camel101.com and @wiredproductions.com for releasing their old-school horror shooter. Created by two brothers, just like us. If you’re into nostalgic survival FPS games, this one’s for you. Proud of you for pulling this off! store.steampowered.com/app/1593230/...

Anyone else get sleepy once the plane’s in the air, no matter how much energy you had on the ground? Is it just the lower oxygen levels, or is there another explanation?

Back in high school, all my friends were playing OSM during IT class. @jeroenderwort.nl started in a similar way my brother and I did. He grew his startup from his attic to 100M+ users. Beyond our shared love for games, it’s inspiring he also wrote a book about it. Check out his book: Scoren!

We’ve been there at KeokeN, fighting for our studio’s survival. Kickstarter kept us going when we needed it most. @goosebyte.bsky.social is now on that journey with The Signal. Let’s make sure their story continues. If you love indie games, support them. 👉 www.kickstarter.com/projects/goo...

In business it’s easy to get swallowed by insurances, logistics, conferences, paperwork. All needed to keep things moving. But at the heart of it, what matters is the creation, the craft, the journey that comes with it. That’s what I love the most.

About 3 years ago Andre Joglekar told me about a tiny Italian island of silence, perfect for a documentary. This week we filmed Alicudi, filled with myths of pirates and witchcraft, no roads or cars, barely tied to modern life. Silence here isn’t empty, it’s full of stories.

Watching Alien too early scared the crap out of me, but its magnetic pull never let me go. It’s inspiring to step into the mind of artist H.R. Giger. I'm grateful to have contributed my music to this iconic franchise and traumatize the next generation too.

In nature, we marvel at its chaos, accepting its unpredictability and finding beauty in asymmetry. Yet in daily life, we often do the opposite. If we allow ourselves to see life’s uncertainties as we see the beauty of nature, we find a little more peace.

In Deliver Us Mars, we aimed to depict our fading underwater world, neglected and polluted, yet still showcasing one of life’s most vital resources. As a scuba diver myself, being underwater truly transports you to another world and gives a deep appreciation for our ecosystem.

At first, I thought it was a printing mistake. But the spine and cover layout actually follow different design norms, depending on where the book is published. Funny how even the way we stack books can reveal something about where we come from.

As a kid, my Quasimodo plush was always by my side. Social and curious, but Quasi, my loyal sidekick, offered wise advice when life overwhelmed. He wasn’t just a toy, he symbolized resilience, kindness, helping me tackle challenges with a smile. Did you have a favorite childhood plush? 🧸

Some of you might be wondering where these philosophical quotes come from. Over the past few months, alongside my business, I’ve been writing a book. Now, I’m editing a 95,000-word manuscript on philosophy, psychology, and self-development for living a more positive life.

Meta's $60B+ investment in Reality Labs vs. ~$500M for Red Dead Redemption 2. As we explore infinite possibilities in the metaverse, we end up with a virtual reality less appealing than our current one, while Rockstar released RDR2 seven years ago for less than 1% of the budget.

In physics, when two waves meet, they either amplify each other (constructive interference) or cancel out (destructive interference). Our attitude and energy, whether positive or negative, work the same way. Every interaction is a ripple. Which waves are you amplifying?

In Harry Potter, a Boggart turns into your worst fear. The antidote? Laugh at it, make it absurd, and it loses power. This isn't just fiction, facing our fears diminishes their hold on us.
