Exactly. And that's why his tweet was such a humiliation. One need not "understand economics" to grasp that simple fact. He has a degree from Harvard and is "chief economist at a conservative think tank." "Conservative" and "think tank" is apparently an oxymoron.

I apologize for this. I came here to get away as much as possible from the abhorrent orange stain. But I HAVE to do this. He (if that's the correct pronoun) doesn't know the difference between "windfall" and "windmill." The stupidity is infinite. (I hope and have been assured this is genuine.)
