My heart felt okay, but it’s still something I need to monitor for a little bit. I have the Vitality London 10K this coming Sunday so need to be fresh enough for that. Interval session tomorrow, so will be interesting to see how I hold up with that. 26 days until Amsterdam… ❤️💪

What I find more incredible is that I wasn’t even really pushing myself here - I was coasting for most of the race, giving it a big push in the final two kms. On an effort scale, I’d say this was a 6/10 at most - it was a little challenging because of the changing elevation but not hard, per se…
