I am so thrilled. 45lbs in weight lost this year as of today. Major lifestyle changes have been made.

Those Claude Limits - tempted to upgrade, but need to downgrade elsewhere. YouTube TV downgraded to News & Entertainment - now to find more services I don't really need.

Well done. You did it!

Well Happy Easter - thats another lent done. I’ve fasted for 16-18 hours a day and gave up chocolate/sweets/bread/biscuits etc. In addition to going vegan. Quite the challenge. Feeling the benefits. Blood pressure down, weight down 18lbs or so and found a new love for chickpeas and tofu!

Again loving the amount of Irish on #SNLUK

I find it interesting that @irishtimes.com are using WEST (Western Europe Summer Time) for the clock change instead of the legally recognised IST (Irish Standard Time). I’ve never used WEST before. Mind you IST can be confused with Indian Standard Time. I’ve used UTC+1/Dublin time for work purposes.

Had a weigh-in today with the nurse. In 5 weeks I’ve lost almost 8kg and 4cm from around the belly. Face is starting to look less bloated. Massive progress. Broke fast after this - 18 hours too, with a 500 calorie/40g of protein dish of left overs with added smoked tofu.

Oh great. I never watch that channel. Will check it out. Great childhood memories there. Much appreciated.

It’s better than the US version which really isn’t funny. I only watch that for the opening.

Now I am excited by Jamie Dornan next week as guest host!

Really enjoyed Saturday Night Live UK (and Ireland). Yes I add the and Ireland as it is shown live on Sky One Ireland with so many Irish cameos tonight and that hilarious sketch at the end. Will always love LIVE music and LIVE tv. Well done Sky. Great start. Now more Diana please. #SNLUK

You’ve got the Irish feed then! Haven’t watched ads in a while.

Patrick @patrickmooney.me · 21/03/2026

Live TV as it should be. I’d loved to see that Sky One Live bug on screen which they had during the football. Even a big LIVE.

Patrick @patrickmooney.me · 21/03/2026

What channel? Loved Henry Kelly.

Patrick @patrickmooney.me · 21/03/2026

That’s a shame. Hopefully you’ll find something good tonight to watch. Fingers crossed Lee.

Patrick @patrickmooney.me · 21/03/2026

It live. And we have live music. Enjoy the adverts.

Patrick @patrickmooney.me · 21/03/2026

Mind you ain’t it great to have live comedy at 10pm on a Saturday! Regardless of how shit it might be. Live TV is vanishing - so I applaud Sky for giving this a go.

Totally stole the scene. And every other.

Patrick @patrickmooney.me · 21/03/2026

I loved the live continuity announcement before!

Patrick @patrickmooney.me · 21/03/2026

Loving all the cameos! Enjoy.

Let Mello/Melfest begin!

010

Patrick @patrickmooney.me · 01/03/2026

Finally watched all of Melfest from last night. What a final line up. Looking forward to returning to Stockholm on Friday.

Yes clearly a one horse race. Mind you if Erika could have entered that new track - Father. Umm.

Going to be a great evening.

As much as I enjoy Fire, Black Glitter should have made it. Too good for ESC this year perhaps. We’ve seen Fire so many times now. Safe.

So after 8 days on the new me diet I’ve lost 2.9kg. Eating two meals a day. Getting around 90g of protein with a 800 daily calorie deficit. Not bad for a fully vegan diet too. Some of my very filling meals. TVP arriving this week - so I’ve got to experiment with more new food options.

Patrick @patrickmooney.me · 25/02/2026

I think I’ll be joining you!

Patrick @patrickmooney.me · 24/02/2026

Loving all the updates tonight. But check the hashtag. It’s gone back in time!

Patrick @patrickmooney.me · 22/02/2026

Just some of our meals this week. I’m fasting 17 hours a day. Two meals only. And in a calorie deficit of around 800/1000 a day. Trying to get the protein up.

So my weight has been fluctuating. A lot. In 16 years I’ve gain 60lbs. Back in 2011 I was running half marathons. Enough. So last month I spoke to my doctor, did lots of bloods. Found out I’m deficient in Vit D. Have a dietitian & in a weight loss clinic & have a therapist. Diet started last week.

Fantastic. I take the flu vaccine every year.

Okay the energy isn’t that high in the ORF studio. But deeply appreciating the digital content in English online. Better than a postcard during commercial break.

Patrick @patrickmooney.me · 14/02/2026

Denmark. The best top three. OMG.

Patrick @patrickmooney.me · 14/02/2026

So much Eurovision tonight! Love it.
