I have a lot of respect for you ! 🧎‍♂️ To me, mounting and matting always looked way more complicated than photography and darkroom work itself. But damn that I would like to be able to do it. Great work ! 👍👍

Ok, looks like the Brownie of 1954 capture something. Next step: The enlarger.

Now that I completed the test run, let’s go to the darkroom and see what is coming out of this. Using a fixed 1/30 @ F15 is requiring imagination !

Never realized somebody on this planet could like pictures of cemeteries and monuments as much as I do.

If the test doesn't work, it will be a decoration. The Shangai 620 roll cost me more than the camera. But so far everything seems to work perfectly. The first reason I bought it: It is the first camera I had in my hands at 5 or 6 yo. When my father (94 yo) saw it, it brought back a load of memories.

Honestly, I am a bit surprised of the result. I took this shot around 2010 and printed it yesterday (16 years later), so I was not sure what to expect.

This "new" one to me is fully functional and based on the CAMEROSITY system of kodak, was built in March 1954 (glass lens). While I wait for those 620 film rolls I ordered to arrive, I will perform a little cleanup. #believeinfilm #filmisnotdead #filmcamera #kodak #filmphotography

A friend of mine, in 2008. The day after her wedding she decided to do a "Trash the dress" in the ocean. Can't remember the camera, the lens and the dev process, but was shot on #Ilford Delta 400 #cayolargo #cuba #believeinfilm #filmphotography #filmisnotdead
A young woman, having her feet in the ocean, but the picture is cut at the knees, her arms behind her head that is leaning backwards, laughing. She is wearing a white wedding dress and a pair of dark sunglasses.

Sad to think all your life can hold in a grocery cart. Nicely done, close enough to feel the situation, far enough to respect them. 👍

Another lost roll from a trip to Boston around 2003-2005. Since I was starting with film photography and darkroom processing, the quality is not always there. (even 25 years later the quality is not always there). 📷Canon EOS Rebel G 🎞️Fomapan 100 No more info about the processing.
A black and White photo of a tombstone where we can read:
" The Remains of Samuel Gray, Samuel Maverick, James Caldwell, Crispus Attucks and Patrick Carr Victims of the Boston Massacre, March 5th, 1770 were here interred by order of the Town of Boston - Here also lies buried the body of Christopher Snider Aged 12 years, died February 22nd, 1770."
