The experimental film will be shot from autumn through spring in Waldheim and the Ore Mountains — on 16mm Kodak Double-X, the same raw, textured stock Robert Eggers used for “The Lighthouse“. 150

Lovecraft’s underwater world R’lyeh. I found it in the Phare d’Eckmühl lighthouse in Brittany. Now I got a tin of sardines by chance and am dreaming myself back to R’lyeh. 030
