I think picking the small gap between houses made building harder than it should have been, but finally got there. Now she's inviting boys over to be bored in front of the TV. #paralives

Peeked through my fingers to check on how Paws and Portals is doing. My squirrelly fantasy book still has an average Goodreads rating over 4, and 3.94 on StoryGraph. It's currently FREE on Smashwords, and included in Kobo+ and Everand subscriptions. www.curiositykilledthebookworm.net/paws-and-por...

Paws and Portals "tropes" image with the words: friendly vampires, ratatoskr, introverts, grumpy shifter, modern society, cinnamon rolls, portal magic, fediverse, more cosy than grim.

The sci-fi theme didn't really fit my other, bookish park, so I started a ridiculous sci-fi planet build, and I'm having loads of fun with it. #PlanetCoaster2 #gaming

My first attempt at the taxidermy for the Wonder Museum is pure nightmare fuel 🤣 The giant otter looks more like a poo with teeth and claws! Not sure if the smaller animals will be possible with the current scenery pieces, but I felt the otter was important to have. #PlanetCoaster2

Attempt at recreating the taxidermy from The Hollow Places in Planet Coaster 2. There's a big otter and a raggedy bear. Both look dubious (in-game screenshot).

Finished replacing the bookcases. Three bags of books for charity and one for recycling and still there's no room for new books. But at least they aren't about to fall down!

OK, Paws and Portals should be 99p or 99c from all retailers now. Thank you so much if you've taken the time to review it. 🥰

Paws and Portals now only 99p / 99c. A perfect fantasy. A passionate love letter to the modern activist. There's magic in these pages, handled delicately. A metaphor for hoe we are reliant on technology that we don't understand. Offer ends 31/12/24.
