Colored sketches: Rough, semi-refined sketch with flat color and either cross-hatch or rough shading. Shaded busts: Refined ink, color, and shading (mix of cel-shading, soft/gradient shades, and highlights). Icons/avatars: Refined ink, color, and cel-shading with some highlights if applicable.

So my eye doctor at Costco takes VSP VSP covered my exam w/ $10 copay Tell me why when I am ready to buy my glasses, all of a sudden I'm out-of-network??? I don't get it D: Also doesn't help that I called VSP and they're experiencing server issues.
