I got some of those new double pointed needles made by John James and I don't think I can use anything else for cross stitch now. The thread doesn't get all twisted and it makes it go a bit faster. A 22 is kind of large for this 14ct aida but it works. Need to buy all the sizes. #slowstitch

Saw CMU's production of Company last night with @sora--kirei.bsky.social. We saw the national tour too and this was just as good. While other prestigious universities are cutting arts and humanities in favor of STEM, CMU shows you *can* do both, and equally well, if you really want to. 🍸🎂❤️

The official national touring production of Beauty and thr Beast is fantastic. A bit sparse, cast-wise but great nonetheless. I love how they changed the "ogre" lyric in "Belle" to refer to Alan Menken's other Disney stage adaptation, Hunchback of Notre Dame. Also, I'm gonna need to draw the gown ✨️

I got some fluorescent acrylic inks for a project but they ended up not feeling right. I really loved the color and texture of the swatches however, so I ran with that and covered some 12x12" canvases with quilted swatches. I call them "Dopamine 1, 2, 3" #quiltsky #artquilt #artbyhumans
