Pre-Ordered the physical edition of Fire Emblem Fortune's Weave from the Nintendo-Store in August. Release is today, they haven't even processed the payment yet. So much for delivery on release day. Imagine paying 10€ more for unreliable service. Big yikes Nintendo.

Thank you to the woman who just sprayed air freshener on the train. Now it doesn't smell like sewage anymore, instead it smells like fruity candy. 💕🍬🍭

Fandom hate as a whole comes from deeply immature people who project too much and rage baiters who think it is funny. We have no obligation to convince them of anything. The only thing to do is to block them and live in peace. We don't try to reason with cancer, do we?

I was today's year old when I learned that my Catholic White Sunday (2nd Sunday after Easter) isn't the same as the UK White Sunday (7th Sunday after easter).

You are in no way obliged to give those comments a minute of your attention. The sheer number of people commenting shows, how many of us enjoy that you share your culture with us!

Commenting something along the lines of "I wish you wouldn't make them XYZ"... That's an inner monologue. Some people need to try journaling and maybe that will help them reflect a bit.

I hope, I am not overstepping. Is it annoying them? Sure. Do they have a right to be unbothered? Yeah. BUT! If you annoy them, they can simply block/mute you. Same goes for you. The only way to find peace in modern fandom is to curate it with an iron fist.

Misery - Maroon 5 Not because I particularly like the band or the song, but putting on a happy facade (the melody) vs. the depression (the lyrics) fits amazingly. Also the "why won't you answer me, the silence is slowly killing me" part is very lucillith coded.

I still don't see why that would be necessary. If you go to "entire work" and then download, you can download a fic in any conventional format.

Of course there are also really cute townies to romance. You can also collect date pictures...I don't even know where to put all my furniture. The game has A LOT. Especially for early access.

It is a farming sim in line with stardew valley/ harvest moon, but with much more involved story. Currently in EA, the fourth major update dropped today and it is set to release this year. It has a very fun animal husbandry system, a museum to finish (think animal crossing) and so on.

I second Cult of the Lamb. If you want something with a little less action, Fields of Mistria had a major update today (23rd).

Just deleted my account. If they have no interest in fixing the AI slop problem and instead decided to give me unwanted "features", I am out.

I recommend videos of flamboyances of flamingo walking or bird courtship dances.

You know, from the other side of the pond it kinda looks like the US only keeps the 2nd amendment and the right to carry a concealed weapon to justify the police/ice shooting people.

I think my behaviour was shaped by my experiences with red bubble and anime merch resellers in the early 2010s. And I just apply my caution liberally.

I feel like anything between 4,9 and 4,5 is the sweet spot for me, if I didn't follow the artist's own link. There is always the fear of impersonators selling counterfeit/stolen assets or reselling for an upcharge. Especially when it is well-known fanwork.

110

Nitka @pasteltooth.bsky.social · 10/01/2026

Because an all around perfect rating looks fake. Resellers/Drop shippers buy 5 star ratings. Usually a 4,9 looks more believable, since people give a lower rating for reasons out of the sellers hand (e.g. issues with delivery).

If I had a nickel for every time I hyperfixiated on a red coded demon with sound powers, I would have two nickels. Which isn't much, but it is weird that it happened twice. #Alastor #NijisanjiEn #VoxAkuma

The picture shows two Nendroid figurines on a purple desk mat. One is Alastor from Hazbin Hotel, the other is Vox Akuma a Vtuber from NijisanjiEn

I picked the first book up on a whim, quite a while ago. It's a great read to relax. Then I saw the second one only recently at the book store. Have fun reading!

For a long time, I've been thinking that Marth from Fire Emblem was surely meant to be Mars. So I checked and his full name is apparently マルスローウェル. MARS ROVER???😱

Good evening Germany. Every single train is delayed by at least 15min and people just smoke everywhere. I hate it here.
