While many of the acts are local, many others come from across Atlantic Canada and occasionally even beyond. So many of these bands are incredibly, incredibly talented and it can sometimes feel surreal to watch them perform under a bridge on the edge of a marsh

A friend of mine has been running a series of shows for the local punk scene that have been dubbed the "Generator Shows". The entire thing is run off a little gas powered generator and held underneath a local bridge. Needless it say, it fucking kicks ass

Sure! It's a slightly altered version of this recipe, with the main changes being swapping the bell pepper for a single jalapeño and the addition of two teaspoons of red chili flakes. It's super forgiving so it takes well to experimenting with
