Theros’ jacket oh my lord. So flattered. Would it be alright if I posted this to my Instagram story (credited of course)? This piece has really struck me. Augh thank you regardless, it’s so emotionally touching.

Still laying the groundwork for EF, desperately want to begin illustrating for it again. I'm still mortified by the state it was in when I pivoted to Specgens, a bit too critical of sharing info now as a result.

Got done with week long field school full of sun stroke and scrambling up >40degree slopes, so for rest of month I'm pursuing where ever the creative flow goes. So far: 70% done script of specgens chap 2, 95% done script for major project, 2 scripts for potential short stupid comics. Kind of joyous

First page completion was may15, final edits done on aug16, That's about 93 days for 71 pages. I think that is reasonable, especially considering the vacation I took--shave off maybe 10 days

finish specgens chap 1 was a major 2025 goal so it feels satisfying to near completion. There was 2 other major projects I'd like to hit by the end of this year but realistically I'll probably get only 2/3. i love draw

Burnt out by this comic, compositions and illustrations are suffering because of it. But the drive to finish it is still the same (?). I think I value having something out rather than waiting for it to be perfect.

Ty fish :) yeah comics of characters bantering in a room (oftentimes what specgens is) can get repetitive and borderline time-wasting so I'm trying to cut the bull with those text portions. Thanks again for ur message

Very much want to make more fun comic strips with these three but the explanation for how Radiant TEC even gets in their house is so insane, stupid and end-of-the-entire-story-related it makes me rip my hair out. the answer is to do it anyways despite the confusion it will cause but yk

Still trying to strike a balance between what I want for specgens. On one hand I do love it being a worldbuilding project, but on the other hand, I love writing ..contained...stories. Having a comic(s) with a Plot. Still trying to figure out how to set it up.

Pasmix @pasmix.bsky.social · 22/03/2025

I want each character page to be a worldbuilding piece rather than name:age:dob:personality: From there I can jump deeper into the world. I'd like to add link to the shellshock mag and design more covers fleshing out the celebrity culture of s5, doesn't even have to relate to main characters...
