I still hold the opinion that his Wrestlemania win over Gunther for the IC is, while wholesome in the moment, a blatant example of WWE choosing to compromise on what his Wrestlemania moment looks like. As a fan of his, and general fan of underdogs, this always reeked of being a slap to our faces.

They have darker highlights of fur around the tips of their ears, with tufts of fur on top, inspired by his Light Mobius counterpart. There is also a gradient of fur color around his eyelids. He also has longer hair going down the back of their head.

Most noticeably, they're wearing a new outfit: A brown leather cafe racer style jacket with orange stripes on one sleeve, black fingerless motorcycle gloves and blue denim jeans. The back of his jacket has his insignia directly lifted from Sonic the Fighters, which was formerly emblazoned on the garage doors of his lab.

Any time the subject of sports come up, I always use it as a segue from other nerdy activities that borrow a ton from general sports fan culture. Like, pro-wrestling already borrows a ton from combat sports, and then to a certain degree even esports/fighting game events borrows their aesthetics.
