The dead go on parade! Loving Graves. She's interesting to me and I like her gameplay being so weird compared to most of the cast. Other idea for dialogue was "I'm not gonna have a Haze one trick tell me I 'don't require skill'" but this was more fun. #Deadlock #art

Liked the #pose and I was able to draw. Also wanted to play with wearing the mask because it's supposed to be important to the design. Also also lore junk in the alt of first image.

The life of a blind monk is a calm and easy one as they live in with the citizens that live in and around their temples. And while there is no official rank about them there are still traditions and honors among them. A well trained monk officiating any is seen as a blessing and there are none who fully practice the techniques and teachings more then Kori herself.
A grandchild of the moth god adorned in the wings of her signified heritage grants her a mastery of their teachings that few would be dedicated to achieve. The respect she has made in the temple were achieved through a great dedication atop these gifts.

She's likely taking the time to recognize the practice of a younger member before turning to acknowledge an onlooker as would be pictured above.

Did a self indulgent #art which makes this my 5th drawing on this file labeled "pinup" drawings. I have done a few of these whenever I see a pose I like which I'll redraw. Really good for getting practice drawing and also for finding myself attractive.

I've been loving YOMI Hustle recently and love this fight in particular because of how much back and forth is in it. A bunch of small movements from both players and an ending that is genuinely kinda impressive looking back at it. Also love that you can type during a fight. Makes it less toxic.

Haha Rem is "support" Real talk I love this character and while I wish the sleep status from his 4 was better a good spirit build can make his pillows terrifying. #Deadlock is so much fun and I'm happy to occasionally getting some MVPs. Fun game. Please buff Rem 4 it so meh.

Trying to get an idea however messy for a tattoo so I can show it to an artist. Moths have always been my symbol since middle school and I've been leaning more and more goth/punk as I age so a Deathhead Moth just sounds so interesting to me. Apparently this area can hurt but ah well.

A slightly refined version of the previous image. Skin color and a very simple black bra were colored onto the figure below the tattoo to give a better idea of how the colors would look. The colors of the moth have been changed to be more true to life to account for the skin tone but the moon, eyes and skull marker were kept purple to keep the color in the design.

Sometimes I get a character idea stuck in my head that just has to be drawn. Saw a bunch of X-men stuff when the show continued and the idea of a mutant became very front and center in my mind. Finally took the time to design out Sabrina here because I wanted a moth mutant design.

Forgot to post the two drawings I made before my vacation back on Dec 19th. Went and saw Fluff, Meiyu, Axel and Frosty for a little over and week and had a wonderful time. Was my first vacation and time out of state in around 12 years so it was a lot of anxiety. Was worth it.

Thinking on it I'm kinda curious if there's a genuine reason why 6H doesn't hit overhead? It's so slow that I can't see it doing much harm to have that option. #GGST

I finally plan a vacation for the first time in my adult life to go visit Fluff, Mei and others. I am still going through a constant panic attack though. I can't breath. I can't think. I am waking up crying. I just can't relax for the month until I get to it seems. Ah well. Crying time.

I just absolutely love Testament's gameplay. Such a fun character for me that has the fun of Stain state letting you do such interesting stuff. I'm not great at fighting games yet but I can still find them to be a ton of fun. #GGStrive is definitely my favorite at the moment for stuff like this.

Gonna gush again. I love these two new character designs in #Deadlock so much! Just fantastic use of color and silhouette and I want both of their outfits IRL because they look so damn good! Why must the two aesthetics I love so much be almost polar opposites of each other?!

Tonight on "Kori's gushes about stuff she loves" Moments and quests like this will make me respect and even love a game more then any action set piece will. Getting to sit and talk to characters. To see their pain and joy. It can be cathartic and it makes me care. #Cyberpunk2077 is still amazing

I love seeing people post discussion of how you have to make a lot of "bad" art before you get to really good stuff. I love doing messy sketches because while these aren't great they are so much better then I would do years ago. And I can make all of these in an hour! Progress!

I've found it helpful to internalize and normalize myself as being female to draw myself more and more feminine. So I guess it was only a matter of time until I practically made a pinup of myself. Dialogue is because Fluff would tease me in VR anytime I didn't have a hoodie on. Was fun to draw.

I have gone close to 11 years of having this character and I feel like I just never had a ref sheet for myself. Despite the fact that I feel like I've never changed her past small shape refinements and lengthening her hair as my own grows out. So damn tired but I wanted to get this done.

I really need to practice this kind of stuff more. Comics are a good start to animation after all as its basically thumbnails in sequence. Took more then 4 hours but I kept falling asleep and getting distracted by Nightrein while trying. Also kinda a lore dump...

FluffVR asking an exhausted Kori about the mechanics of her wings. Kori gives a bit of a lore dump about them being made of bone and a gift from his grandfather who is a god of moths. Fluff gets curious at them being bone and rubs them in curiosity.
Kori gets upset and yells back at her while explaining how they function and are SENSATIVE.

Been playing a bunch of TF2 again and have been loving trying to play Pyro again. I know drawing your character as your main class is an old cliche drawing but I really wanted to do this one too. After the Testament I felt it was a good way to try and stay motivated.

Kori as Pyro from hit fifteen year old game Team Fortress 2. The flame suit is in Kori's purple and a decorated Dragon's Fury is slung over her shoulder. The mask of the outfit is missing and the front is open a little to help cool down.
