Hi there! Medically retired SLP here. I worked w children & adolescents on the spectrum, those w a variety of syndromes, & those w language-based LDs. I also did quite a bit of oral-motor therapy. I really wanted to become certified in PROMPT, but my illness got in the way. Would love to chat SLP!

I can't recall which of my friends on here loved "Somebody Somewhere," but I know we all thought "Joel" was a wonderful character. I was SO happy to see the actor that played him, Jeff Hiller, win an Emmy! 🎉 My other fave moment was the Stephen Colbert win! He's a class act! 👏

I am disabled, and my parents are elderly. We do mail-in voting, and the ballots are *always* paper. WTF??? I receive automatic mail-in ballots, as I am classified as "permanently disabled." Is that going to stop?!

I have the same fear. My *hope* is that the unlikable factor, when it comes to Vance, will be his downfall. Trump, as a sociopath, has the ability to *appear* likeable to the ignorant and naive among us. Vance is smarter and just as evil, but he is lacking in any type of social skills.
