Nice morning for a trip down the road to Forfar for my 245th parkrun. Course PB and my fastest time at a GB parkrun since 2019. Meanwhile, in my absence, at my home parkrun I achieved my 400th volly credit. Not a bad morning’s work.

I was RD this morning. No rain. Not too cold. 310 runners, joggers and walkers. 30 volunteers. Milestones, PBs, sweets, balloons, doggos, laughs, social time with friends. Loved it.

From a distance, there are parkrunners getting their barcodes scanned. Trees without leaves, a large evergreen, grass, partially broken clouds.
