In other news, we’ve got a new Yard release already staged and getting close to release, so stay tuned!

010

Parallel 42 ( //42 ) @parallel42llc.bsky.social · 28/08/2025

We’ll always wait for the public release before updating, so things stay stable and reliable for everyone. If you do jump into the beta with our mods, please know support and complete functionality will resume once 1.56 goes final.

🧪 Quick Note on Beta Builds... With American Truck Simulator 1.56 now in beta, just a reminder that our mods don’t officially support beta builds, same approach we take with Microsoft Flight Simulator.

All we are ready to say right now is that it is being worked on. I know everyone is ready for it, we can't wait to get it to everyone as well, but patience is a virtue. We aren't holding back anything or waiting on purpose. As soon as it's ready, you all will have it!

While this news may shuffle a few logistical pieces of upcoming trips, development remains business as usual. The Mark II isn’t a one-off aircraft, & we’ve already lined up access to another build that will carry us through completion of the Super Patriot Mark II for Microsoft Flight Simulator 2024.

The Byrd is Down 😔 Some of you may have heard about the recent incident involving the Patriot Aircraft Super Patriot Mark II we’d been using for reference capture, “The Byrd.” Most important to note is that everyone on board is ok, and the aircraft performed exactly as expected given the situation.

If the platform evolves in a way that opens the door again, we'll be ready to strike with another attempt. But for now, we're focused on building what IS possible. All other products not mentioned above continue moving forward with MSFS 2024 compatible and/or native builds.

100

Parallel 42 ( //42 ) @parallel42llc.bsky.social · 27/05/2025

With the release of SU2 and a deeper understanding of MSFS 2024's predicted path, it's now clear that we cannot bring these products forward as we had hoped. Despite our best efforts, the technical limitations currently make it unable to meet our requirements.

100

Status Change for SimFX & Immersion Packs in MSFS 2024 We previously shared our intent to bring these products into MSFS 2024 as native rebuilds, free for existing owners. That was our plan, and we held that position while waiting for clarity from the platform.
