I did my first perfume making workshop - was with @vitsley.bsky.social who has some wild native and Asian botanicals I haven’t experienced before. I made something ‘interesting’ with Anise Myrtle, tropical fruits and woods, a really green rose and sparkling incense. The wait is terrible.

I love Bake Off, but the Australian version is something I watched one episode of and noped out. It’s painfully self conscious and competitive. I kinda don’t want my baking to be a sport. Maggie Beer is best on the Cook and the Chef. Her recipes are truly delicious. A national treasure

Sometimes editing an episode of the podcast takes a few days. Sitting down to do a little editing, hit play and the first sentences is '... Amouage goes balls to the wall...' I have no recollection how I got to that statement. Yes, I am an exceedingly refined and highly educated human.
