Last night on my flight home, I had the pleasure of reading “Midlife (or How to Hero at Fifty)” by @brianbooch.bsky.social from @imagecomics.bsky.social. Once I got past my expectations being subverted, I found an intriguing story here, and I really hope there’s more to come.

My buddies and I are doing a pool as well. There’s only 6 of us this year, so you wouldn’t need 30 people. We’re using a bingo roller cage, we’ve got numbered ping pong balls, and we all get 5 numbers each. Maybe that’s something you could consider next year? If getting people in on it is hard.
