For a change, here is a 3D print of the Eye Wing from Panzer Dragoon Saga, standing about 45 cm long. 🐉 It’s my favorite dragon form. 🤩 I plan to prime it in gray and paint it. The Light Wing and Solo Wing will follow after that. 🐲 Work on the polymer clay projects will continue. 😀

Three different *Panzer Dragoon* music boxes. Custom-made, one-of-a-kind pieces. The smaller ones play the same music as the music box from Panzer Dragoon Saga that you receive from the little girl. The large Saga model plays the full song "Sona Mi Areru Ec Sancitu."

Here Orta's weapon is 2x2 cm. 🐲 Fortunately, I also succeeded in the complicated wing pattern. I think the diorama is finished in 1-2 days, frost and a second blanket of snow are still missing, after all it has to dry so that you can continue working. ❄️🧊

I primed black yesterday and today he is finally painted, this will be a lot faster than modeling. 🐉🖌️🎨 The primer has the purpose of the surface somewhat rougher so that the acrylic paint has a better grip and cannot peel off. 🧐⚫

Because of the cold weather, I can't prime it outside with the spray primer cans, so I have to do it with the airbrush. ❄️ I'm also a total beginner when it comes to airbrushing. 😜 I'm looking forward to painting with my dry brushing technique. 🖌️🎨

I'll spare you all the sculping intermediate steps.😑 Morphing a Clay Clump to a Panzer Dragoon Orta Base Wing. It is not perfect, but to my satisfaction. 🧐 The dragon has a total length of about 40 cm.🐉 Working hours between 30-40 hours. I prime it again in black.⚫ The painting is much faster.🎨

As a crazy sculping beginner, I chose a difficult Panzer Dragoon model. There are many that are easier. 😵‍💫 Using the aluminum film is not absolutely necessary, but it saves a lot of Clay. Thin wire supports the Clay for a better grip. 🐉 Let's see what the final result will look like... 🙃

Hello, big me! 🤩 For the wire armature, the position of wings legs and head is drawn with a pen using a picture/drawing.🖊️ I connect the limbs to a painter tape and for a better stop I used a 2-component modeling clay.🐉 The position of head/wing, legs/tail can also change if you applied the clay.😎

My 25 year old Sega Saturn European version. 😍 The masterpiece Panzer Dragoon Saga had a development time of around 4 years. 🧐 Unfortunately, the game was too unknown, it would have deserved much more attention! 🤩 I hope for a PD fans increase when Panzer Dragoon II remake is released. 🎮

I played Panzer Dragoon Saga on my Sega Saturn in September last year, I actually don't know how many times. 🤩 Also, the Skydart Dragon in Saga looks different than in Panzer Dragoon Zwei, but I still like him. 😁 Which dragon do you think would be the most difficult to sculpt? 🤔

My tip: A pasta machine helps to roll out the polymer clay evenly. 🧐 I will finish the modeling soon, then the dragon will go into the oven. 🔥🐉 Painting and creating the diorama then progresses more quickly. 😏...

Here is my new Airbrush from the Harder & Steenbeck brand. 😎 Unfortunately, it is too cold outside to use the primer, for that it takes at least 15 degrees. 🥶❄️ The camelion colors (color change) also do not really work with the brush. But I will continue to remain true to my brushes. 🖌️🥰

I took a little break. 😮‍💨🥱 Here are a few of my plastic texture rollers, which were printed with a 3D printer. These are used at the end when the polymerclay figure is fully modeled. 🧐🐲 You can also produce texture rollers yourself with Polymer clay.😀

The Adult Panzer Dragoon that I'm currently sculpting is about 40 cm long.😏More dragon than diorama, but it will still look great.🐉 The rough modeling is complete, but what's taking the longest now is working out the details and proportions until I'm happy. 🧐⚒️

Current status for the 2nd diorama: The wire armature is ready. 😁 I have already started roughly modeling the Adult Panzer Dragoon with my hands and a few tools. 🧰 It's a good thing I have enough time because polymer clay doesn't harden in the air. After all, I have to go to work... 😑

So that the polymer clay sticks better to the wire armature, I also wrap a thin wire. 🐉 For areas of the body where I would actually need a lot of clay, I use aluminum foil. This is a cheap filling material to save a lot of clay. 🥴

For larger figures, it is recommended to reinforce the connection points of the wire armature for more stability. I use a 2-component modeling clay for this. 🧐 🐲 Use rubber gloves 🐲 Mixing ratio of component A / component B: 1:1 🐲 Processing time: approx. 2-3 hours 🐲 Complete curing after 24 hours.

I tested the glow gel today, it is charged with the help of artificial light or sunlight. The base color that you paint it on has to be very light so that you can see it. 🖌️🎨🌚

I like to use a wet palette because it means the acrylic paints don't dry out so quickly. Different sizes and types of brushes made of sintentic and real hair. I also have a glass palette from the same brand that I haven't tested yet. 🐲🎨🧹

When the texture paste dried, I applied a wash of brown with a brush. 🧹🎨 After the wash dried, the upper structure was dry brushed with a light brown. 🥴 Added puddles, gras and foliage. There are many other texture pastes for sand, snow, water, stone etc. 🏔️❄️🪨💦

+ Empty MDF board, you can also use hardwood or xps foam + Collected stones from your own garden 🪨 + Matching dried real wood tree trunks 🪵 Everything positioned and glued in place with a hot glue gun. 🔫 Vallejo texture paste brown earth applied and then let dry. It will continue soon. 🐲🎨

Various dry palettes for the dry brushing technique, the brushes look like make-up brushes. 🎨🖌️ The brush is only moistened with a little water using a small sponge so that the paint doesn't look dusty. Most of the paint is removed again using the palette. I mainly dry brushed my figures. 🐉
