honestly kinda vibing still with this little freak i made a while ago [first two were older sketches, i just finished the third one] he looks like he lives off of microwave ramen and has tried to eat soap at LEAST once every day

pokesona refresh! mashed together my Flareon pokesona with my other favorite pokemon :) i actually REALLY like how this turned out !!

A mash up combo of Flareon, Galarian Zapdos, Audino, and Jolteon. He's named Cardia, and goes by he/him. He features mainly sharp points of fur and feather, with paw-like hands and pale avian legs. The palette is relatively warm toned, featuring pastel oranges and off-whites paired with striking yellows and deep, dark reddish purples. There's some cheetah-like details, too, with small markings along the shoulder comprised of the lighter colors and the signature tear marking down from the eye to the corners of the mouth. There's a color palette and marking stamp to copy and paste on the right, PNGs of the pokemon and former pokesona on the left, and a sketchy doodle of Cardia in feral form.

[Grass] Bamboohoo - Bamboohoo can't seem to stop crying, likely due to the fact that their bamboo-like armor grows heavier with each passing year. / Bamboohoo can often be found hiding in industrial ruins, crying quietly.

At Level 16, Bamboohoo evolves into Bambuscrap!

[Grass/Steel] Bambuscrap - Bambuscrap, having grown stronger from lugging around their metal bamboo armor, fight each other almost every hour of every day! / Bambuscrap will hunch over and charge with their bamboo pipes towards their prey, though will often times miss, as the wind blowing through the pipes will alert said prey before they even get close.

At Level 34, Bambuscrap evolves into Vulgarish!
[Steel] Vulgarish, "The barbed wire Pokemon" - Vulgarish relish their strength in their sturdy metal armor. Legends say that their strength increases tenfold if they lose said armor! / Vulgarish tend to roam city alleys, chewing through pipes, gutters, and grates with ease. They're typically seen as pests by most residents, and their thorny barbed wiring makes them rather difficult to manage.

CW for trauma art/bugs/medical trauma i had a VCUG without anesthesia when i was ~4, and i still deal with the PTSD from it worst part is that it mirrors trauma from SA trauma, without being proper SA trauma, and it makes me feel guilty for feeling it art explanation in alt, plus further context

Context: I was told by my mother they were looking for the bug in my stomach. Now, when unmedicated, I get simple, easily identifiable hallucinations of roaches crawling around walls and into closed objects.
After the procedure, I would also have hallucinations of faceless people due to the masked doctors whose faces I couldn't see. I no longer have those, thankfully. But I do remember vividly seeing a little girl whose face I just couldn't see, in a dirty old rose-embroidered gown, with pasty dirty skin, and long greasy black hair. I think maybe she was my innocence? Hard to say, it was just a hallucination that scared me repeatedly.
I still deal with feeling crawly and fidgety when needles are mentioned, and instinctively close my legs as tight as I can.
