I believe it stems from the scene-to-scene whiplash as a tiktoc reel format. It doesn't allow you a moment to think or even just sit with a view, or a feeling, no moments for a scene to breathe. Most people talk about Fox because that's the biggest takeaway you're allowed. People moving on is ironic
