Wild to think it’s been 3 months but anyone who’s around me knows how much I’ve put into this. Consistent, if not obsessively working out and revamping my whole diet. I will say my doctor put me on Mounjaro and that also helped a lot but a necessary tool to get this under control.

Life update. Test results from my bloodwork came in. I dropped my holy moly you’re diabetic A1C of 10 down to 5.8. For reference a value of 5.7 and below is considered normal and not prediabetic. Anyhoo enjoy the sweaty ass photo where you can see the color change of my shorts. 😂
