worst part about being depressed for this long is the more i struggle with it, the more irritable and cynical i become and now i feel like an asshole all the time. it’s much harder to feel connected to my friends and make new friends and i just wanna get back to who i was before it hit me this bad 😖

was feeling so sick and in pain these past couple of days so i ended up at the ER. luckily nothing major but i do feel much better after getting treated. they didn’t want to take the ECG patches at the hospital bc it would be painful to remove but they were still so painful to remove at home 😩
