I implore anyone to do this. Get your diaper REALLY full (like maxed out), and then once you are about done with it, just sit on it as hard as you safely can. Remove all of the worries you have about the diaper leaking or breaking and just SIT. Gets me baby brained so fast, can’t stop doing it.
