+ If I were a smoker these days I'd stick with $12 smokes than jump hurdles to get legal vapes. Maybe I'd try an illegal disposable vape and find them disgusting (flavours too sickly sweet with coolant) and go back to the cheap smokes. Both situations created by policy.
