The Manhattan DA case against Trump could have been brought in 2021 But they tried to make the case bigger - delaying to 2022 Then Alvin Bragg shut it down - delaying to 2023 Then Bragg agreed to delay sentencing - into 2025 THAT is why Donald Trump evaded prison time here

Trump is a convicted felon, on 34 counts. Trump is now supposed to be the new Commander in Chief of the military. However, felons with multiple convictions cannot be in the military -- and they are ineligible for a waiver. So how can Trump legally be the Commander in Chief?

There is no such actual thing as presidential immunity. It's NOWHERE in the Constitution. DOJ made it up in 1973 and 2000 to protect their bosses. SCOTUS made it up more in 2024 to protect *their* boss and benefactor, Trump. It is a cancerous, monarchical monstrosity.
