This is an advertisement for an audio drama podcast called A Paladin's Bargain.
A black and white drawing of three fantasy characters. From left to right: Garnett, a Tabaxi female which is a feline human (like a werewolf, only a cat). She is wearing a light top and dark pants. She has her head lowered as if leading into a fight. The text below her says "Garnett, Rogue, (moderately reformed)."
Rowan, a bald human male. He is wearing armor and has a large sword over his left shoulder. His eyebrow is raised at a jaunty angle. The text below him says, "Rowan, ex-Paladin (retired, not fallen)."
Despair, a Tiefling female (she has pointy ears and horns curled like ram's horns). She's wearing a vest and blouse and dress, with a large belt and a pouch on her hip. She has her left arm extended and her hand is surrounded by a magical glow. The text below her says, "Despair, Warlock, I guess? (also, vegetarian.)
To the right is the series name (A Paladin's Bargain), the announcement (Season Two June 20, 2026), and the website (www.paladinsbargain.com)

PODCAST UPDATE: Last weekend, I went to a "writer's retreat." By which, I mean I went to a state park and locked myself in a cabin with a laptop, pizza, and beer. By Saturday evening, I had Episode 10 written (about 30 pages) plus the beginning of Episode 11.

I am reminded that today is the 12 year anniversary of me instructing a man (dressed as a chicken) that he needed to cross the road (in order to get to the gaming hall of Emerald City Comic Con.) < Why did the chicken cross the road? > Because -I- told him to.

A Paladin's Bargain is a story overlaid on top of the classic TSR module Keep on the Borderlands. In preparing our script, we fell down (several) rabbit holes for other KotB inspired stories. That's where I found Justin Pfeil and his webcomic thekeepontheborderlands.justinpfeil.com Check him out!
