MHA fanart. Digital landscape painting of Tomie Takami watching President Hawks on TV in a bar. The colour palette is a moody green-blue and yellow. We see her through a rainy window, sitting in the foreground and playing with a beer bottle. One of her floating eyes looks out the window. She’s facing away, watching the TV where Hawks can be seen speaking into a mic, with Mera beside him.

His scars are visible. One is on his chin and the other runs over his forehead and over one eye.
