We will answer the ways our individual faiths call us to be stewards of the Earth, honor the wisdom of the Indigenous people of this land, and learn to be good neighbors to our trees. We'll have storytelling, education, and information sharing; a space to learn together and deepen our roots.

Take a journey deep into the heart of our third Soul-scape: Mountains and Forests through music, prayer, meditation, and small group discussion. We invite you to awaken to the ancient Earth-consciousness that resides with us all, that we can access at any time.

The “Soul-scapes” are the merging of inner and outer nature – the meeting place of the self and Earth. Tutored by the wild places, we will slow down, step outside, and let ourselves be absorbed into something larger and less tame than our small, isolated self.

Yet even in remaining unconscious of the source of our pain, we experience separation through alienation and a lack of living.

PA IPL @paipl.bsky.social · 21/08/2026
In losing our intimate relationship with the Earth, modern humans have suffered a trauma that has caused our wild souls to splinter. We are not always aware of it happening; so accustomed have we become to our high-speed, high-tech, built-up lives.

When we dance, those rocks in the pits of our stomach are shaken. When we sing, we make declarations we may be too scared to share in everyday conversation. Our community gives generously through art, music, laughter, dancing, and conversations.

Ordinary conversations about the weather feel cumbersome nowadays. Certain things go unsaid to avoid upset but there are storms brewing in the undercurrent of cautious conversation. We must remember that while grief never leaves, its weight may be relieved.
