I have acquired An Artifact (cross between a car boot sale find and an escape room in a box).

Got the lightbox out, so here's what I've been working on painting these last few weeks: #warhammer40k #miniaturepainting #battletech

One thing about ADHD meds is they really push you to extremes when you're already hyper focused a bit. #warhammer40k #orkz

This was supposed to be a pic of a turtle which shouldn't be there. Then the swan got annoyed at it.

A swan preening an a rock exposed above the water, mirrored in the lake.

Painted the first of the spyrers I have. I'm going for sentai colours, but black ended up being first!

An Orrus Spyrer from the game Necromunda. A blue haired woman in a black battle suit with alien proportions standing on rusted metal with hazard stripes.

Definitely my last completed model - a Brazen Bull from Trench Crusade

Last, but not least, a Dusk Raiders tactical squad. Not a fan of painting batch infantry but I seem to have at least streamlined the process!

More tonk! This time a Termite (or, if you insist a Terrax-pattern Assault Drill). Actually didn't use the airbrush here - just a *lot* of heavy dry-brushing.

Next up, a Vindicator from 30k/the Horus Heresy. Lots of fun with weathering and stencils here! Painted in my Dusk Raiders colours with custom decals.

First off, a Brazen Bull from Trench Crusade! Had a lot of fun with the fine details and I think I kind of nailed the tarnished bronze on the armour, not to mention the depth of skin tones.

A Brazen Bull, from the game Trench Crusade. It is a large armoured humanoid with hooves and a bronze bull mask. It's wearing a kilt of armoured scales and bronze plates, carrying a large sword and a massive gun attached to its left arm.

I ended up shortening the scythe - using the original maul handle. Looks a little derpy, but I quite like the effect.

Sometimes a project just digs in and won't let go (head is still being painted)

Also finished the rest of my Voisdscarred corsairs! Overall this was a prototype for the army scheme - darker and without the bright orange-red. #warmaidens #warhammer40k #aeldari #minipainting #killteam

Finished one block for five Striking Scorpions for the Eldar project. Actually used my airbrush for real to base these in a turquoise/jade over an intense dark magenta - keeping the core colours of the army whilst bringing in some classical green. #warmaidens #warhammer40k #aeldari #minipainting

Five aeldari aspect warriors of the Striking Scorpions shrine from Warhammer 40k. They are painted in a minute of magenta and jade, with gold accents.

Not the full lightbox pic, but happy about how this test model (thanks to combat patrol magazine flooding the market) turned out! #warmaidens #warhammer40k #aeldari

Finally Bubbles! @catgirlfae.bsky.social 's character in one of my pathfinder games! #pf2e

A bit of a painting round up! First, the Death Guard from the Kill Team starter set! #warmaidens #warhammer40k #killteam #deathguard

A complete Death Guard squad for Kill Team with rotting, decayed armour and luridly bright fleshy bits.
