Also Heizkosten machen Sinn weil das ja von einem externen Anbieter kommt mit dem die einen Vertrag haben aber Balkon und Innenräume macht wenig Sinn… außer die wurden im Nachhinein dran gebaut und es läuft n Kredit wegen der Baukosten… hab ich noch nie gehört. Nur Erhöhung wenn n Balkon neu ist…
