Me too...trust in the Prophets...they have a plan for us all... *she clasped his hand and got up* Well...I must be going....

Opaka Sulan 🙏 (deceased) @paghisstrong.bsky.social · 21/03/2026

I understand your worry...but I trust Nerys to know her limits...

110

Opaka Sulan 🙏 (deceased) @paghisstrong.bsky.social · 21/03/2026

I understand...hopefully it will not come to that...

110

Opaka Sulan 🙏 (deceased) @paghisstrong.bsky.social · 21/03/2026

Hmm...Yes, that is Nerys...so fiercely independent...I would not take it personally...she has never sought healing for one wound she has received...she almost sees it as...spiting whoever caused it by living with it...and conquering it on her own...

120

Opaka Sulan 🙏 (deceased) @paghisstrong.bsky.social · 21/03/2026

I hope it is not...yet I worry for her...she's very...tense, lately...

120

Opaka Sulan 🙏 (deceased) @paghisstrong.bsky.social · 21/03/2026

I'm not sure...as a woman of faith I'm not so equipped to delve into darker matters such as this...Maybe he's been planning this for a long time and its only now that he can...I'm not sure...

120

Opaka Sulan 🙏 (deceased) @paghisstrong.bsky.social · 21/03/2026

I can...she's made a lot of enemies over the years...some of them...very powerful...

110

Opaka Sulan 🙏 (deceased) @paghisstrong.bsky.social · 21/03/2026

I'm worried she might be right...and that her life may be in danger from whoever this is...

110

Opaka Sulan 🙏 (deceased) @paghisstrong.bsky.social · 21/03/2026

I agree...although the fact that both of them have been infected with Fostossa in the past six months...that concerns me...and both modified strains...?

121

Opaka Sulan 🙏 (deceased) @paghisstrong.bsky.social · 21/03/2026

I see...could...Nerys be right...and whoever this was was...targeting her...?

120

Opaka Sulan 🙏 (deceased) @paghisstrong.bsky.social · 21/03/2026

Interesting...have you come close to finding someone yet? And why would someone wish to harm the Kai...?

120

Opaka Sulan 🙏 (deceased) @paghisstrong.bsky.social · 21/03/2026

And testing for her killer...its okay...Nerys told me... *she said with a twinkle in her eye*

120

Opaka Sulan 🙏 (deceased) @paghisstrong.bsky.social · 21/03/2026

Thank you and its just Opaka now... *she did as she was told and presented her arm* I would like to know where you are on this...investigation...if its not too much to ask in humouring an old woman....?

120

Opaka Sulan 🙏 (deceased) @paghisstrong.bsky.social · 21/03/2026

*she entered Sector General and approached @drjulianbashir.bsky.social * Hello, Doctor? I am here for my test...

140

Opaka Sulan 🙏 (deceased) @paghisstrong.bsky.social · 21/03/2026

I think I will do that, Nerys...besides I should get tested myself...

110

Opaka Sulan 🙏 (deceased) @paghisstrong.bsky.social · 21/03/2026

Hello Nerys...Yes, it is a great shock to us all...I...I want to help with the investigation...if I can...?

120

Opaka Sulan 🙏 (deceased) @paghisstrong.bsky.social · 28/02/2026

You are both welcome...goodbye... *she gave one final nod of her head before turning around and leaving*

030

Opaka Sulan 🙏 (deceased) @paghisstrong.bsky.social · 28/02/2026

*she turned and bowed slightly at them* Farewell to you both...I look forward to seeing you both again...and do not lose hope Leeta...the Prophets will guide your way back to them...

130

Opaka Sulan 🙏 (deceased) @paghisstrong.bsky.social · 23/02/2026

Then I shall try my best to persuade her, I don't expect it to be too hard as she's very open minded and I think she would like you... *she then looked at Leeta's wife* You however...I'm not so sure...

110

Opaka Sulan 🙏 (deceased) @paghisstrong.bsky.social · 22/02/2026

Thank you, Nerys. Does that sound acceptable to you two...? *she turned back to Leeta and her wife*

120

Opaka Sulan 🙏 (deceased) @paghisstrong.bsky.social · 22/02/2026

I believe I can...its been some time since she last visited Deep Space Nine anyway...she could come under the guise of a state visit...

120

Opaka Sulan 🙏 (deceased) @paghisstrong.bsky.social · 22/02/2026

Which makes it difficult...The only one who can grant special compensation is the Kai...

120

Opaka Sulan 🙏 (deceased) @paghisstrong.bsky.social · 22/02/2026

I have a few simple tests...the first of which is quite easy, put her in front of an Orb...

120

Opaka Sulan 🙏 (deceased) @paghisstrong.bsky.social · 22/02/2026

It is quite all right, Leeta...and you are welcome...

120

Opaka Sulan 🙏 (deceased) @paghisstrong.bsky.social · 22/02/2026

See...then you are already wiser than most...

130

Opaka Sulan 🙏 (deceased) @paghisstrong.bsky.social · 22/02/2026

*she held up her hand* Its quite all right, Leeta...There is no need to be embarrassed...its quite all right as long as its in moderation and you seem like you can judge moderation better...

220

Opaka Sulan 🙏 (deceased) @paghisstrong.bsky.social · 21/02/2026

Just...try to relax...everything is going to be okay...you have nothing to fear from me...Now, when did you start...glowing like this?

120

Opaka Sulan 🙏 (deceased) @paghisstrong.bsky.social · 21/02/2026

A pleasure to meet you, Leeta...I've heard so much about you from Nerys... *she looked over her quietly, taking note of her strange bioluminescence*

120

Opaka Sulan 🙏 (deceased) @paghisstrong.bsky.social · 18/02/2026

I shall try my best, if Nerys' suspicions about her are correct, I shall try to arrange for the Kai to see her...

120

Opaka Sulan 🙏 (deceased) @paghisstrong.bsky.social · 17/02/2026

Hello, nice to meet you at last... *she gave a slight bow*

110

Opaka Sulan 🙏 (deceased) @paghisstrong.bsky.social · 17/02/2026

I know it was Nerys...but you pulled through...and your faith came out stronger in the end...Now...why don't you take me to meet Leeta?

110

Opaka Sulan 🙏 (deceased) @paghisstrong.bsky.social · 04/02/2026

I remember...and it took my good word and your actions in saving Bajor to reclaim your Path to the Prophets...

120

Opaka Sulan 🙏 (deceased) @paghisstrong.bsky.social · 03/02/2026

Very well, Nerys...I will examine her and if I find everything as you say to be true, then...I will see if I can grant her an audience with the Kai...

120

Opaka Sulan 🙏 (deceased) @paghisstrong.bsky.social · 08/01/2026

And you want me to verify that? Am I right?

120

Opaka Sulan 🙏 (deceased) @paghisstrong.bsky.social · 08/01/2026

Of course I do...lovely girl...hasn't a mean bone in her whole body...despite what they say happened...

120

Opaka Sulan 🙏 (deceased) @paghisstrong.bsky.social · 29/12/2025

So, Nerys...what is the reason you contacted me and asked me to come here?

120

Opaka Sulan 🙏 (deceased) @paghisstrong.bsky.social · 29/12/2025

I understand, while I cannot see what the future holds in store I can tell you this, Nerys...worrying about it will only hurt you more... *she squeezed her hand again reassuringly as they entered the lift*
