Got myself one of these fancy things

In more #miniatures news, I got a bunch of #infinity models for a good price. I'm like halfway to a White Company list, and then some random leftovers. Hard to identify minis by visuals alone, but I think I got most of them. Only the one on bottom right is still a mystery to me, any guesses?

Finally primed my Sacred Band, and got to figuring out my scheme. Decided against more golden lads, since like half my infantry is dunked in gold already. I like it! Makes these guys really stand out, which is appropriate for their lore. If only I was better at fielding them... #miniatures #conquest

Putting this one down in the thread, because while it is clearly the greatest hero with a sword around here, it was not painted by me, but by a friend (who is not really on any of the social media platforms) for our NYE painting party. Didn't wanna keep it from you though! #miniatures

I finally have some #miniatures progress pictures again! Two more #Conquest City States minotaurs, pre metallics and shades

No clue how I ended up nestled up in here, and I know no one near me, but a cool project nevertheless!

Forgot to post a picture from our holidays! RhB streamed this video feed from the drivers cab, and it had me thoroughly entertained whenever it showed up. I've been feeling the train nerd stir in me for a while, might this be the year of full train mania emergence? Train good car bad

We did another NYE #miniatures group painting event! Painted some more of the Animal Companions from Archon Studio. It was great fun as usual, the results are super cool, and I'm happy with my contribution! Picture credits to my friends, you know who you are, lemme know if you want a mention

Didn't have a lot of idle time, so I didn't snap many pictures. There was someone walking around with a camera though, so more may follow.

This is my silly little skeleton party that got me a 10.- discount from @tactica-games.bsky.social It was great fun to paint, and it makes me happy that the minis are removable, so I can actually use them for other things. Also quite happy with the fire, don't really do those usually.

I'm also quite happy with our new band picture thing. Dark, amateurish (in a good way, I think), and quite fitting to the overall vibe.

In #miniatures news: I may have found panel lining / recess shading solutions that work for me. Most of this is done with a Pigma Micron pen, and the deeper recess around the shoulder symbol is Liquitex ink. That stuff is magical btw, so liquid-y but still covers like crazy.

Got my Ten01 package from their latest kickstarter. Very interested in how these perform, never worked with ultra matte paints.

We did another group mini painting project for NYE! We painted some companions from Dungeons & Lasers, which are absolutely adorable. Unfortunately, my camera can't really capture them that well, but here they are anyway. #miniatures

I've not done a lot of bases for my minis, but I felt I need to do something special for my Promethean. A stone dude just standing on some more stone seemed real boring, so out comes the glue and moss. #miniatures

So, it turns out the Spark Mini that I got for Christmas is light enough to be strapped to a guitar, AND it has a battery, which means, as stupid as it looks, I could just walk off into the woods while playing.

I promised pictures! It's wonky, but it's mine and it works (so far). Needs some cleanup and of course the magnets still need to be glued to the top. Question is, do I paint it?

Well, not doing any hobbying today isn't true, I finished two random minis I had laying around. Some old Infinity mini and some Eldar, both of which I got second-hand. No bases yet, but enjoy this low quality picture.

After going to the release show last week and listening to it since then, I can say that this another powerful release by these guys and gal! I'm not certain yet if it's my favourite of theirs, but it's up there! Metalcore goodness right from the start, and as always the melodies are *chefs kiss*
