In the real world you will just use calculator/chatgpt/internet but i don't think this is a good starting point for kids.

Doing math with a calculator is trivial if you know arithmetics. Learning to use chatgpt will take you nothing compared to learning to do those things by yourself.

I believe be should go back to some old school learning, with more searching in books, handwritting, and being less dependent on internet resources or apps.
