It's not a failure. The tax rate was just calibrated poorly so now it produces way more revenue than projected, and half of council treats the surplus like a sacred cow that must never be touched as the city runs a $65M deficit in core services.

Yeah, I’ve read about Prospera. I guess my point is that Honduras could send in 200 troops at any time and just end it. The sovereignty of these places is an illusion. I do think this is why they are trying to build armies of autonomous weapons however

Alito is just a Republican politician, full stop. He blatantly executes party policy without shame, and with utter hypocrisy. I'm sure he communicates with many of his partisans. Thomas seems to be motivated by deep resentments that are beyond me, but with the same results.

It seems like the only way to get actual Art out of it is to force its boundaries and make it do things it's not supposed to do. You have to subvert the AI. Just getting an image off a prompt can not be art IMHO
