Adam L. Ozer @ozerthinking.bsky.social · 07/10/2025Are the results from this clearly flawless and highly scientific poll shocking? Not at all. But the cynicism is still a bit depressing, no? 020
Adam L. Ozer @ozerthinking.bsky.social · 01/10/2025Got to present at the EEF Evaluation Conference. This is one of the more rewarding and cool projects I have worked on, using AI to help code Pupil Premium statements and help public policy practitioners better understand how funds are being used to help economically disadvantaged students. 120
Adam L. Ozer @ozerthinking.bsky.social · 25/09/2025Unsolicited ADHD tip: A few months back, I replaced my morning doom scrolling with a cat and a fantasy/sci fi book. Did it make me healthy and energised in the morning? No, not even close, I'm still a wretch. But it did make my mornings ~10% less miserable, and that's neat. 030

Adam L. Ozer @ozerthinking.bsky.social · 27/04/2025Local football, where you can get the unmatched high of watching a club funded by the Winklevoss twins' crypto scam have their undefeated season ruined by your tiny club tucked behind a carwash and a Sainsburys. 141
Adam L. Ozer @ozerthinking.bsky.social · 14/04/2025Drawbacks of getting hooked on the Stormlight Archives series: I want to read it on the train, but I refuse to haul this absolute unit around all day. 010
Adam L. Ozer @ozerthinking.bsky.social · 18/03/2025Honestly, not even very commonly used over the past 4 years. 000
Adam L. Ozer @ozerthinking.bsky.social · 18/03/2025Just one data source, but to back up your point, here is every mention of the words "fascist" or "fascism" in every Congressmember's or Senators' newsletter between 2010 and 2017. Not exactly widely used. 110

Adam L. Ozer @ozerthinking.bsky.social · 10/01/2025"I'm a very smart political consultant/media pundit, trust me. If you cede this last human rights issue, the GOP will surely become reasonable and stop repeatedly screaming about how all Democrats are child-stealing Illuminati lizard people every election cycle." 110
Adam L. Ozer @ozerthinking.bsky.social · 20/12/2024I know it's exceedingly lame to count Google scholar citations. But grad school Adam would have been overjoyed to hit 50 citations. A little holiday gift to my (already inflated) ego. 250

Adam L. Ozer @ozerthinking.bsky.social · 04/11/2024With all the talk of poll herding, worth noting that Verian had the most accurate polls for the UK general election. The "secret sauce" was spending effort and resources to curate a high quality sample pool and trusting the results pulled from it. In other words, good fundamental polling. 030
