Our international law workshop in honour of Sir Ian Brownlie QC kicked off in a packed Old Library at All Souls College. Dr Miles Jackson and Professor Dapo Akande welcomed everyone on behalf of the PIL Group, and Professor Stefan Talmon reflected on the life of Sir Ian Brownlie QC.
