I hate when I have such a busy span of time that when I finally get a chance to slow down and think about it, I get emotionally "dizzy" and break down from the accumulated stress for the rest of the day. Seems to be a couple times a month, really.

I think we're all a little anxious and paranoid, no matter what, these days in the world. Things have gotten so complicated and often horrible, it's like...we're "waiting for the next shoe to drop" when we're still cleaning up after a millipede with no equilibrium (too many dropped shoes already)

A word or two on recent losses Dolly Parton: a larger-than-life woman whose heart and soul were always out ahead of her reputed bosom. She never leaned on her breasts except as the butt of a joke or two. Her voice and songs and beliefs in the best of people were inspiring.

I really wish I could just get angry the way a normal person would other than the way I do. Sometimes I act like the slightest error on my part in communcation with a friend or loved one means I'm angry enough to want to put myself in an institution for the public safety. Just for the principle.
