The commission's opinion first of all does not speak for the UN. And even if they did, they are not a court equipped to properly analyze the very high burden of proof needed to prove genocidal intent. And aside from all that, the analysis itself is riddled with methodological flaws.

I'm forming opinions based on the interactions I've had with leftists. There are a lot of reasonable ones but there are also a *lot* of unreasonable ones. Wayyyy more than for other political groups I've interacted with, other than MAGA. It's unreasonable to demand I ignore my lived experience.

Anti-trans Dems have consistently been doing terrible in primaries this year. Nasif Majeed was shellacked in the primary after voting to override Stein's veto of an anti-trans bill. Seth Moulton was soundly defeated in the Massachusetts Senate primary after anti-trans remarks.

There's essentially no actual evidence for this. Statements on the campaign trail don't translate to actual votes. Democrats have been remarkably steadfast in their commitment to trans rights, both nationally and on the state level. The few that aren't, like Nasif Majeed, get brutally punished.
