Yup I just switched to the full mask because I had insane levels of mouth leak. So I’ll give it a while to get used to it, but I haven’t slept well in over a week. And the whole thing is starting to give me insomnia which I’ve never had before.

Naw it’s not the too low that’s the problem. It’s worse the higher the pressure is set. I had my dr turn it down. I breath deeply when I start to fall asleep, but the pressure makes it hard to exhale so I never get a full breath out. It builds up and I start choking.

As someone raised in an evangelical christian cult, this is also standard evangelism practice. "Meet them where they are" Ask questions "curious" about someones world view, shoot them down with bible verses, and try to convince them to convert. They literally teach this as good technique

My children are out of school this week, Ive attempted to start CPAP therapy, I’ve been helping my partner get her house ready to sell, my Battletech hyperfocus has only gotten worse, and I’m somehow supposed to get caught up on work. I need more hours in the day and more energy 😅

#mechtober day3! Mechwarrior 2: Mercenaries was my intro to Battletech and still one of my all-time favorite games. I quickly followed it up with the core game and the other expansions, original MW, and both Crescent Hawk games. Been hooked ever since.

Building a Lance for my first public Battletech game in nearly 30 years at my FLGS. Surprisingly difficult to hit the BV and setting guidelines when most of my minis are Medium-Assault from a smattering of factions. I'm gonna have to run as Mercenaries, but I think I figured it out.

That would be cool but Square-Enix doesn’t release their titles on NSO, so you’d be waiting for them to port it as a remaster. But given how moderate the sales are for the mana series ports and remasters, I don’t see it happening.

Welp it’s happening. I’m writing fan fiction because of a hyper-focus. I have a full outline for a ‘coming of age story’ ala Stand By Me/Sandlot set in the Battletech universe. No clue if I’ll finish it. No clue if I’ll post it. It will probably suck. It’s happening whether or not I want it to. 😅

Got to see Resident Evil over the weekend and HOLY SHIT was that a fun flick! Honors the source but does its own thing. Spectacular timing between horror and comedy to build tension. Perfectly cast lead that carries you with him every step. THATS how you make a video game movie.

Finished Ghost of Timkovichi and really enjoyed it. My first @swankmotron.com book. I like the energy he brings to Battletech. He’s got a way with characters that’s a lot of fun. Also, I need more Ransom. Only caveat is it could have use another pass through the editor. I caught so many typos 😅
